I have a question that I’m not finding here. How do I reach customer service?

Do you take appliances?
Yes. However, refrigeration units must have their freon removed.
Do you take electronics?
Yes! Please separate your electronics and notify the weighmaster so we may accept them.
How do I change my address on my invoice?
Please email accounting@mcsrecycle.com or call our accounting department (206) 843-7830
Do you purchase metal?
Metal is accepted either separate or commingled in C&D material but we do not pay for metal.
Who should I contact for community events?

Do you provide certified destruction?
Yes, please notify the scale attendant that you have a certified destruction load.
Do you take tires?
Yes, for a fee.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and if you wish to sign up as a valued customer, we will invoice weekly so you could pay by check.
Are you a certified facility?
Yes! We operate under a King County Solid Waste Permit for Construction & Demolition recycling. We are also a Designated Recycling Facility with King County and Registered with the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI).
Do you provide LEED Reports?
Yes! We operate under King and Snohomish counties’ Solid Waste Permit for Construction & Demolition recycling. We are also a Designated Recycling Facility with both counties and Registered with the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI).
